Dear Jazz Fans:
On behalf of the Coastal Jazz Association of Savannah (CJA) Board of Directors, the dozens of annual festival volunteers, and the thousands who flock to the annual Savannah Jazz Festival (estimated at 30,000+ last year), I urge you to consider CJA in your directed gifts program(s) for 2010.
The Savannah Jazz Festival is the largest of Savannah’s free festivals. We attract an amazingly diverse crowd: all ages, socio-economic and ethnic groups, from a broad geographic area. The festival is presented outside, inside, and all over town! The highlight is four days of great jazz in beautiful Forsyth Park -and- thanks to generous donors like you and the City of Savannah Cultural Affairs, it is all FREE.
To continue the tradition of bringing great jazz to Savannah, we need your support. Your donation will support CJA’s commitment to bringing a world class festival to Savannah. There are many levels to support this most American of art forms: you may donate on a sliding scale that offers sponsorship of an artist, an event, or a whole night of jazz –or- perhaps underwrite the entire festival. You may donate in your name, your business name or in the name of someone you wish to honor. The more support
you give, the bigger and better the annual festival will be.

We are a strictly voluntary effort (no paid personnel other than performers and production). We deeply appreciate all of the help we get!
